MacBook Pro with Retina display issues with the anti-reflective coating wearing off or delaminating

My MacBook Pro 13-inch, (2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) has Retina display issues with the anti-reflective coating wearing off or delaminating. No accident happened, it just getting worse by itself... Does Apple have a replacement program for this issu?
