MacBook Pro with Retina display issues with the anti-reflective coating wearing off or delaminating

My MacBook Pro 13-inch, (2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) has Retina display issues with the anti-reflective coating wearing off or delaminating. No accident happened, it just getting worse by itself... Does Apple have a replacement program for this issu?

Any replacement program by apple for display horizontal lines on the screen caused due to overheating of the t-con board? Did apple has any replacement program for the temporary horizontal lines on the screen caused due to overheating of the t-con board for Macbook Pros 2016-2017 Models? Attached a picture of the issue for reference.
