MacBook Pro 13 Touch Bar 2018 Display Problems: Ghosting-Discoloration

I'm having display issues with my 2018 MacBook Pro 13. Periodical screen ghosting with blur (flashing in some cases) images of previous screens and discoloration (white looks light blue). I hope this is a software issue soon to be addressed, since I'm out of warranty and (as Apple Greece informed me) sadly Apple does not cover free display replacement, even if we face serious hardware problems with 2200+€ machines, that should not cause any problems in 3 years time (or should I say ever?). If it's hardware problem, I demand free display replacement. I'm not willing to pay half the price of a 2200€ 3 years old machine which is treated very gently. I'm an Apple fan and never had any serious problems. I expect Apple to treat me as one. MacOS Big Sur 11.4.

The problem occurs as discoloration and screen flickering for some seconds when opening the display and depending on the angle. So unfortunate that the cost is 750€ for the whole screen, since the design is compact and I can not replace whatever cable connects the display to the main body for 7.5€ and see what happens. I guess that's a cost that Apple should cover.

I've already done that, and had no luck. They could not assure me that Apple will replace my display for free, since I'm out of warranty. I'm about to take my computer for inspection, in order to be sure what causes the problem. If it' s hardware and needs display replacement, there's no chance I'm spending one cent (out of 750€ it costs) for a 2200€ machine's defective display! It' s outrageous! It's not a car, that you often need to get for service and has pistons and valves moving up and down in a heated motor. Display is a closed system and displays that Apple uses for its products should work without any issues lifetime. Apple is known for its product quality and customer service. I hope this is the case in my case too...
