Unable to toggle location services on or off

Just upgraded to 13.1.1.1 and my location services are grayed out and I am unable to turn them on for GPS. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Well, as there is no 13.1.1.1 you have a different version, and it may help to know which one you actually have.

Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions. Does Location Services say Allow? If it doesn’t tap on it and change it so it does.
