iPhone 11 getting hot at the bottom of display

Hi, last week i finally moved from Android phone to an iPhone and my experience so far has been great, but my new iPhone has an issue.

When i turn on screen, the very bottom of the display gets very warm in under 2-3 minutes. The rest of the device, even the same area on the backside of the phone is cold, the warmth coming just from the display side. It is the same with or without charger plugged in. I am on the latest iOS 13.3.1.

I also tried restarting the phone, turning off location services, limited background apps and couple of other things i found on ther internet, but nothing worked.
