My Iphone 11 is not able to open any apps. It won't factory resent and can't connect it to my computer

Did you already try to connect in recovery mode, as explained in this article?

This looks like a hardware issue, you should get the phone checked by an Authorized Apple Service Provider next to your place, or by contacting Apple Support.
Any error message? Sometimes it takes more than one try to enter recovery mode.
Are you using the Apple USB cable, that came with the phone?
Does the phone charge, when connected to the USB port on your computer?
If this does not work, you'll have to get it serviced.
There are no error messages. I can't see anything after I've unlocked the screen. You can't swipe up to close an app, as it doesn't show anything . The charger is an original charger and it is charging when i plug into my ocmputer.
It won't let me do that either
