What do I do when my iPhone is showing (some account services will not be available until you sign in again) and I tried to sign in but I can’t click on it and it keeps showing that on the screen

I can’t sign in on my phone settings. I can’t sign in on my phone using the setting on my phone, the head top for iCloud account is deeply tack which when I tap it doesn’t work

Use the same Apple ID every time and everywhere that you sign in. Please use one Apple ID for all Apple services like the App Store, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime
