Iphone update error

My iphone now get a update of 12.4.5 version instead of 13.1.0 why?

Unless you have one of these devices, you cannot run iOS 13.

iOS 13 and higher is meant for iPhone 6S / 6S Plus SE 7 /7 Plus 8 / 8 Plus X XR XS /XS Max 11 11 Pro / 11 Pro Max
