Hi there, I have installed iCloud photo, but still cannot find any photos, when I click on 'Download photos and videos'. When I click on 'Upload' I can see all the photo files on my laptop, so I think the app is working.

Are you using iCloud Photos on your iPhone? Settings->Account(top of settings)->iCloud->Photos. Needs to be turned on.
Otherwise, you can use connect theiphone directly to a USB port on your Surface, and browse the camera roll folder in Windows Explorer.

Did you sign in to iCloud for Windows with the same Apple ID used for iCloud on your iPhone?
Did you turn on iCloud Photos in the iCloud for windows control panel?
Try logging into https://www.icloud.com and then use photos app under it

Thanks, but I have already downloaded the iCloud App onto my Laptop. When using the App, I cannot see any photos on my phone when I click on 'Upload'. I want to take pictures from my phone onto my Laptop. I have done it dozens of times before without the iCloud App, but Apple must have changed something, to stop it happening.
Hi Phil. Yes and yes. I think there is an issue with my iPhone, as it Apple is telling me it cannot install the latest update, as there is not enough space, when there is masses of space. There have been a few other issues too.
