Carplay problems in my 2019 Honda Accord Sport

Carplay is no longer working in my 2019 Honda Accord after updating to iOS 13.3.1. Why does this keep happening. Why does APPLE keep updating iOS with bugs. It's constantly occurring when new updates come out. Please STOP!
