Video has sound but no picture
I recorded a video earlier of my daughter and when I went to watch it the video disappeared but the sound was working. All I see is a white screen. How do I get the picture back?

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. I understand that when playing a video on your iPhone, you can hear audio but only see a white screen. Videos are important keepsakes, and I'd like to share some information with you that may help.
First, consider how the video was originally recorded. Was it using the Camera app? Also, do other videos appear the same way when playing them back? If so, I recommend taking steps 1-3 here: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open
From there, do you use iCloud Photos to sync your photos and videos to other devices? If so, try playing the video on the other device to see if the issue persists there. Additionally, try connecting your device to another reliable Wi-Fi network, then play the video again.
