I cannot understand how to go into iCloud photos and delete unwanted photos. How do you sign into iCloud photos... not the photos that are in my app?... The ones in the cloud are somewhere, I just can’t find them...It’s driving me crazy.... help!

Sign in to iCloud.com. You should see your photos in Photos. To delete a photo, select it, then, click the trash icon. Are you aware that the photo will eventually be deleted from all devices you have set up to sync photos to iCloud?
