Bug system IOS 13

Hi, I noticed incorrect behavior of iOS system version 13.3. On the home screen when swiping to the left in a specific area of the screen, the swiping goes to the left, not to the right.

iPhone 7, iOS 13

Yes, when you swipe from the first screen to the left in the area, as shown in the screenshot

will be taken to the widget page, not the second screen.

I'm not sure I understand your question? You have multiple pages of apps on your phone (see the 4 white dots above your dock), so when you swipe left, the screen should move left to the next page of apps.
