My phone have been stolen last week , should I think if something special before I login in on iCloud on a new phone ?
more should I delete my old phone ???
I can se its offline on find my phone

I would not delete the old phone. See the following from If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
If you remove the device from your account after you erase it, Activation Lock will be turned off. This allows another person to turn on and use your device.
There are other recommendations in the above article (e.g., erasing the old phone, reporting it to your carrier, etc)
