Apple Watch series 4 update

So I got this Watch series 4, 44mm and it’s resented so I have to connected to my phone and when I do that it tells me I have to update the watch so I do it but I sends me to the Apple Watch app in my phone and there it says “5 days remaining” and I left it over night and the update completed I think but I paused on the “installing” and after that it switches to an update that’s the 6.1.2 and I've been dealing with this for 2 days now from 8am to 12pm any ideas or suggestions and I already talked to Apple support and they only told me everything I already was doing so didn’t really help. Thank you
