I think it happened after I downloaded some apps on the internet, for some reason characters changed as in the image. What can I do?

Try going to Applications > Font Book and doing File > Restore Standard Fonts and restarting.

I did it but it didn't work. Thanks though. Weird thing is that I face with that problem only in Dock, nowhere else. I see no special characters instead of Turkish ones anywhere but Dock.
I removed the problematic items from the dock and inserted again, problem solved, for anyone who had the same problem.
