Apple Pay receipt

I have only used Apple Pay a few times. I just noticed that the receipt displays 4 digits of a VISA. They are not the 4 digits of my card. Does Apple Pay have it's own unique coding so as to not display my card numbers? Is there a way to track py purchases using ApplePay?

Apple Pay generates random and unique displays of the last four digits for every transaction.
