I have a new iPhone 11 and when I entered the app i had the offer that includes one free year but then when I entered the app again the offer changed to 7 days. How can i get the one free year offer again?

I didn't get my year free of Apple TV+ like it said I should I got an offer for a year of AppleTV with my new iphone if I signed up within three months, which I did, and it still only gave me a week free trail. Can I change this?
