Unabke to switch or close apps on Apple TV.

Recently I've been unable to switch or close apps, I double press the TV button, the all drawer shows up, but no matter what I do on the track pad the screen moves all the way to right and it stays there. Same thing happens if I use my iPhone.

If I restart the Apple TV, it works fine for a while but then the issue comes back. This issue started after the latest update.

Any known issues? Workarounds?

Unplug the Apple TV from the back of the Apple TV (not the wall) and wait 1-2 minutes, then replug in and retest.
