Sending analytics bugs to Apple where to send

Analytics shows bugs and states using iPhone 11.8 or some similar iPhone 11 which I find strange as I have iPhone XR

also is it normal for cellular data being used on only some applications such as Safari using 593MB , setup 1.1 MB, Find my 477MB Contacts 251 MB and I have no contacts listed ??etc but FaceTime, phone , click not using any data

I think it is strange to say the least e and yes maybe I paranoid but Apple must have a way to send info to them from my phone.
