Hello I just bought an iPhone 8 and I’m trying to add my google account but It’s not letting me as there’s a pop up saying this phone isn’t recognized by that account. It wants to send a message to my previous phone but I’ve changed my number. Any suggestions on what needs to be done?
You will need to sign into your google account on the website from a computer. Go into your settings and reset your 2 factor authentication numbers and devices. Then try again on your new iPhone and number.

You'll need to reach out to Google to help. Do you have a computer you've used to access the account? If so, you should be able to use the computer to add a trusted phone number.
