USSD or Flash notification getting disappear after 0.5 second

After

data usage cellular provider or network operator (AT&T, Wodafone, Etisalat,

MTN...etc) is sending one flash or USSD message to show us our data usage and

remaining balance, i am receiving that from network operator but after 0.5

second it get disappear and i am not able to read that.

Note:

I have tried to force restart my IPhone XS Max but still no

result.
