Hi everyone! I have a credit balance in my Apple Store in the amount of 0,54€. I wanna remove it in order to change my region and to pay by credit card. The sum I currently have isn’t enough to buy anything. So could you please help me?
The thing is that initially I bought my iPhone when I was living in Germany and my region was specified as German. Then I moved to Russia, there I couldn’t redeem the codes which I bought there and now I live in Poland and could not so the same thing when I buy one here. I cannot change the region either as I still have balance credit. Are there any solutions save waiting for a back call from the Apple support?
Purchase something that costs more than your credit balance and pay
the difference with an accepted form of payment for your country's
iTunes store. When your balance is zero, you will be able to change the
region.

Contact iTunes support for assistance in zeroing out the balance
in your account.
