I try to update and will not let me. Just keeps saying. Cannot be updated refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID. Hoe can I update don’t underuwhat this means???

It means that the apps were purchased with a different Apple ID. You can either delete them and repurchase using your ID or use the ID that was used in the first place.
