Screen color get "dark" after screensaver and auto sleep

My computer is MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) with 5500M and the OS version is Catalina 10.15.3.

The problem is:

Setup the screensaver on and display auto sleep
After some idle time, the screensaver start and later the screen shutdown
Wake up the screen, the screen color get darker than normal and it looks like you used a wrong icc profile.
Go to system preference and the icc profile is normal as usual. After switch to another icc and switch back, the screen color will change back.
Turned the screensaver to "never", thus the screen will sleep directly without starting screensaver first, then this problem didn't occur.

So I don't know if it's a hardware failure or just a bug of the new version of OS and I wonder if others have the same problem?

After test, I got these results:

The auto-dim option is ON, and this still happens after I turned it to OFF.
Every screensaver I tested will cause this problem.
This happens ONLY when the system is using the discrete graphic card. I installed an app called gfxCardStatus(v2.3) to indicate which card the system is using. If there is no application requiring discrete card, the screen will be OK.
During my test, the true tone option of screen is on. After I turned it off, the screen color no longer get dark after wake up.

So, the situation is:

This problem only occurs when all together:

(1) using discrete graphic card;

(2) setting screensaver on;

(3) the system is using the discrete graphic cards;

(4) true tone option of the inner screen is on.

Interestingly, I am having the same issue when I restart my 2019 16" MBP. I normally operate with an external monitor (or two), but when I remove the monitors and restart the machine, the screen is always darker.

I do have "automatically adjust brightness" set, and will turn that off now.

Previously, my solution has been to turn True Tone off and then on again.

I'm not on a laptop right now but, is "Automatically adjust brightness" enabled in System Preferences > Displays enabled? If so, does disabling it fix the issue? Does this happen with all screen savers?
