upgrade MAC to Mojave
Can I upgrade a MAC Pro from High Sierra 13.0.5 to Mojave 10.14 safely without any problems?

It is up to you how easy you make it. Do the correct preparation and you should be ok.
Is your mac running OK, do you have enough free space, if you are having problems with your
mac now, it is better to sort them out first before upgrading.

Before upgrading make a full back up of your Mac.
Check that third party apps you use have updates available for the new OS.
Check that your printers/ scanners etc have updated drivers and software available for the new OS.
Your profile conflicts with the body of your text where you mention MacPro but your profile says MacBook Pro
they are both very different machines. So which is it.
Mojave will only run on Macs from 2012 and newer, with the exception of the 2010-2012 MacPros.
