iPad restore
i bought a new iPad and am restoring now. It’s taken about 2+ hrs via iCloud and I cannot connect to WiFi. Is that normal?

If you can’t connect to WiFi you can’t restore an iCloud backup so what you’re saying doesn’t make sense.
If you are connected to WiFi, it isn’t necessarily unusual for the restore to take a couple of hours depending on how much content you are restoring and how fast your internet connection is.
