Hello!
I've just bought my first iMac, and I see that after computer going into sleep mode, the USB devices connected to the computer are going to turn off.
On my PC there Wass still power on the USB ports even when computer was turned off.
I have 2 devices need to be still powered from USB.
Is it possible to turn on power for USB even after sleeping mode or turning off the iMac?

Sorry now, however what I do is instead of putting the computer to sleep I put the display to sleep. Please mimic these settings and you should be good to go:

No, when an iMac is in computer sleep mode or off, the USB ports are off.

What devices need power after the iMac sleeps? Devices that need charging or power when the computer is sleeping, should be plugged into a wall charger.
I would get or put together an independent USB charging station for those devices. When I say put together, I wound dig the extra USB bus powered hub that I have and plug it into a USB wall charger.
For example my Garmin Fenix smartwatch. I takes only few mW, but need to be connect for 3 to 4 hours.
The second device is small amplifier to optical signal for my sound system.
Both devices are coming without charger, only with USB cable which is normally allowed to take power from USB ports (few mW)
On my iMac i have only display sleep option. I think that yr screenshot is from MacBook... I haven't this option...
My macOS is Catalina 10.15.3. I think is the newest version.

The System Preferences in various desktop Macs looks like Energy Saver screenshot ~ for several years now.
So that begs the question which macOS version does your Mac run? My 2005 PPC G4 w/ 10.5.8 is same.
And my later daily use Late 2012 with two macOS has same Energy Saver, (4) desktops and portables.
For items without power adapters, those inexpensive AC ones under $8. each give up to 2.4A output.
Some have two USB ports with up to 4A output. I've some extras and some are Apple for iPad/iPhone.
