"unknown error occurred" when trying to log in with apple ID on MacOS Catalina

I can log in with my apple ID and password to https://appleid.apple.com/ but I can't do it on my MacBook Pro with MacOS Catalina. It keeps saying me "unknown error occurred". The issue happened after upgrade to MacOS Catalina.

I changed my password on https://appleid.apple.com/ but it didn't help.

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.15

I have the same problem and have tried at least 8 different approaches (eliminate all keychains, some prefs, safe reboots afterwards.. ) completely locked out of all calendars, contacts, device sharing.. app store, music –all things icloud related after catalina install (problems happened about 3 days later.) -MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014), 3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i7, macOS Catalina 10.15.3.. now super slow systemandgetting worse.
