How can I get my backup from iTunes.

I search in iTunes but it’s not there. How can I find that backup again.

Understand, that depending on the iOS of the backup, and the iOS of what you are trying to restore to, it may not work. You cannot restore a newer iOS backup to a device running an older version of iOS. That won't work.
