I’ve somehow lost my notes icon
it’s not in my phone
I have heaps of info in it

If you accidentally deleted the app from your iPhone, simply go into the App Store on your iPhone and search for "Notes". Then you can reinstall it for free. If you backed up your Notes to iCloud then the data will likely re-sync as if nothing had happened.

If the App Store listing says "Open", that means the Notes app is still on your phone (somewhere). To find it, do a Spotlight search for "Notes" to find it again. Here's how you search on your iPhone: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201285
