I am running into an issue with this update. I have updated it five times and keeps popping up. I've reset my laptop but it's still there. Has anyone else come across this? How do I get rid of it? Do I just wait till the next update comes out?

So, since you have automatic updates ticked, take a look at your Applications folder and look for "install Mac OS...." Maybe it downloaded during the night and is waiting for you to double click the installer to install it.
Instead of using System Preferences> software Update try downloading the standalone Combo Update from here,

Once this has downloaded double-click to install, not a good idea to have your mac set to automatically install updates
uncheck it click Advanced and check to Automatically check for updates.
Just to make sure, what does it say if you click on the Apple > about this mac? Does it show 10.15.3?
No it still says 10.15.2 !!
