Spam or real purchase

Hi!

I got the email about my order and bill from App Support (I did not buy anything). If I checked my apple id and payment there was my card still failed and I checked my bank accounts and apple did not have taken any money. I would like to know is the purchase real (hopefully not cause I am not using any apple devices after MacBook, but i don't need to pay anything from appstore) or it is just fake spam.

Best wishes,

Kristiina

  • Apple does not include document, or PDF files to download.
  • Apple would not refer to you as Dear Customer, Dear Client, or anything other than the name on file for your account.
  • Apple would not have such horrible spelling or grammar.
  • Apple would not send a message to “Undisclosed Recipients”.

It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message, as an attachment to Apple.

If the e-mail did not address you with your Full Name, it's 100% scam. It's from criminals.

FYI, Apple got your details on file and will always address you with your full name not

Dear Customer, Dear Client, Dear your-email-address, Dear Apple User, ... or something similar.

Furthermore, Apple do not use PDF attachment.
