Hi,

As far as I know, type 14=page fault tends to be RAM related issue. Try to run Apple Diagnostics and RAM tester like memtest and Ramber if they say something.

If they don't help, you'd better make Genius Bar reservation or take your MacBook Pro to Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined it.
