Beachballing, poor performance, critical low hard drive space, software problems

I just did an Etrecheck Report on my Mac Air which I have uploaded. I have been experiencing a lot of beach balling, and sometimes the screen goes blank. I would like assistance in interpreting the report and what I should immediately do. There are several major problems in particular critical low hard drive space. I have very, very limited computer knowledge and appreciate any assistance.

Very low storage space.

From the EtreCheck report:

Major Issues:

Anything that appears on this list needs immediate attention.

Poor performance - EtreCheck report shows poor performance. This is unusual.

Low disk space - This machine is running critically low on free hard drive space.

Software/hardware problems - Software is causing performance problems.

Delete unwanted applications, downloads, documents, device back-ups, etc.
