How do I manage the emails associated with my account?
I wish to delete and old email address

Device or computer? What do you mean by manage? What are you trying to do? More information would help.
If using a device, you can remove the account by going to Settings/Passwords & Accounts, and delete/disable the account there. For a computer, go to Mail/Preferences/Accounts, select the account, and then click the minus sign at the bottom.
