how can I delete my two emails connected to my iCloud account that I no longer use, to two emails I actually use to my iCloud account?

In Sys Prefs>Internet Accounts, highlight the ones you want to remove, then click the tiny minus icon below, the [lus icon for adding accounts.

If you wan't to save any emails from those accounts move them to On My Mac boces 1st.
