Contact developer to sign in to Microsoft Accounts

I bought a new computer yesterday and I am trying to sign in into my microsoft accounts and is poop a window that said that I need to contact the developer of Catalina

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.12

Whatever software you are using is probably 32 bit. I am going to guess that you need to upgrade your version of Office.
