Netflix app not appearing on my new Apple TV 4K HDR

I search everywhere and there is no evidence of any availability of Netflix on my Apple TV I am trying to install, even though of course it says netflix on the box it came in! I have succesfully installed HBO Go CNN and other apps already.

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 13
