I keep running into a problem when listening to podcasts or music on my iPhone 11 with headphones. Sometimes the sound will completely stop and it will not turn back on until I turn off my phone and turn it back on again. However, when it’s on again and I go back to listening, it plays the sound cutting out for a second or two about every thirty seconds. Is there anyway I can fix this problem?

If you're using a set of EarPods that were included with the iPhone 11, I recommend to follow the first two sections in this helpful article: If your headphones don't work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch This can help determine if there's an issue with the set of EarPods you're using.
Also, you can use test the EarPods on another iPhone to see if same issue occurs with the sound.
