Cant turn off Voice Over

I saw previous post asking how to turn off Voice Over.

I followed steps of confirming off in Settings/Accessibility & rebooting phone (11Pro). Still hearing voice when typing texts.

Any other ideas?

I don't believe that is Voice Over. I believe what you are experiencing is Typing Feedback. Go to Settings>Accessibility>Spoken Content>Typing Feedback, make sure those are off.
