refund

I made a purchase of gold in the game, but I didn’t have money on the bank card, when I put money into the account, they were automatically debited from the account, but the purchase in the game did not come, it was 02/06, after lengthy ozabberstv with the game manager, it became clear that the money to they didn’t get it, therefore the gold was not credited to me, I want to make a refund

I didnt get my money even though i refunded it I accidentally bought sometimes some stuff on some games and when i request a refund on it, it said it was successful refund but still i didnt get the money, i checked on this community and it said i had to wait for the purchase to fully go through before refunding, after getting an invoice about the purchase i went back to refund it again it said it was alr refunded even though i didnt get the money and it has just tooken my money, should i call customer support about it? And im missing around £40-60 (half of them are trials i forgot to cancel)
