Hello, I asked for a refund for the diamonds in the game. The diamonds in the game were deducted, but I didn't get any money. How is that possible?

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
otherwise I would reach out to apple
It takes up to 30 days to receive your refund.
I tried the first option, I got an e-mail from the money was returned but nothing came.
