my phone will not let me update to IOS13

can someone please help me because my phone wont update and my apple watch wont pair to my phone

What iPhone do you have? To update to iOS 13 you need an iPhone 6s or later. If you have an iPhone 6 or earlier you cannot update to iOS 13.

If your Apple Watch is using watchOS 6, it requires your iPhone to be on iOS 13 or later.

If you have an iPhone 6s or later, you can use https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT209571 to troubleshoot your software update.
