Photos duplicating
When I sync my new iPad 11 with my PC, all my photos/videos are duplicating....how do I stop this?

It sounds like since you are using iCloud Photo Library and synchronizing photos using iTunes, this would create a duplicate of each photo. If you are using iCloud Photo Library then it is not necessary for you to synchronize your iPad with your PC.
