Cannot sign in to Apple Community using Safari

I have not been able to sign in to the Apple community through Safari ever since I got a spam mail in my outlook mail account (not sure if it was a coincidence). I never had this problem before. When I clicked "sign in" on the Apple Community page, I got a message saying "Safari can't open the page ... because Safari can't establish a secure connection to the server "idmsa.apple.com". No outstanding updates.

There were no links to click in that email, just threatened me to send bitcoins.

I was able to sign in through the Chrome browser and now using Firefox browser.

Appreciate if anyone can help me solve this problem.

Thanks much,

iMac 27", macOS 10.13

Wow! That long! Very disappointing indeed.

Don't know why it doesn't even recognize my password when I was sure I entered it correctly. I was trying to reset my password and kept saying my session was timed out! Now I finally reset my password, worked using Firefox, went back to iMac to sign-in to iTunes but I got the "time-out" message again!

OMG! When will it work again???!!!

I don't even know how to get to their attention. It is so difficult to get support. Not good at all! I'm sure they can do better.

Like yesterday when I was trying to reset my apple ID password, it would not let me reset because it claimed that they could not verify it was me which was fair enough. But what do they expect when all my devices were logged out! Then got message saying I had to wait for 24 hours for them to verify, really!
