In the Shortcuts app I’ve created an automated Morning Routine that runs when I shut my alarm off. At the end of the data I’ve input, I want it to ask me if I want to launch a specific app. That way if I say no, it won’t run the app, but if I say yes the app launches (similar to when you get Siri to read your notifications). How do I create this automation?
It sounds like you should introduce variables into your shortcuts.

Ok, new question about Shortcuts (I’m sorry, I’ve searched and trialed, and cannot figure it out). Is there a shortcut that automatically pastes clipboard contents into a text field? I have a set of instagram tags saved in Shortcuts that will automatically copy to clipboard when I run it, but how do I get it to go ahead and paste it in the open instagram description?

Not as far as I know. I just add a Speak action saying "Ready to paste!" to prompt me to manually paste in the clipboard contents.
