Two Apple IDs

Can I consolidate two Apple IDs to one? I bought a new iPhone and used my work email. I have a personal iPAD using my personal email which I wish to keep. Pray help!

You cannot merge and Apple will not merge two Apple IDs. If all you did was activate the iPhone with your work mail, then sign out of it , wipe the iPhone, then activate it and sign in with the old Apple ID

There is no means ro consolidate the purchases and music and related.

Family Sharing can potentially provide a work-around for purchases, pending re-purchasing and re-downloading everything.
