When I hold the button on the back of my airpods case a Amber light never shows up. I've cleaned the case multiple times and left airpod still doesn't work. Help me please

What's the battery level of the AirPod case? Is it possible that the case is out of battery? This could be caused by lack of charging, or because the case battery itself has died.
If you know the case has power yet holding down the button does not do anything, then perhaps the case is malfunctioned (stuck button for example). In that case I'd suggest contacting Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201232

Right airpod works fine. I take it out and the case blinks green I put it in and case still blinks. I take left one out and it's solid green. Put it back in case blinks. Ive tried to reset them I cleaned the case I held the button for 2 min and it just flashed white no Amber
I've contacted apple already and they went around the question of how to help. I'll just charge the case all night
