I cannot adjust the volume of my AirPods Pro when they are paired to my TV

I recently bought Airpods Pro and want to use them to listen to my TV but cannot adjust the volume when they are paired! I also have a Samsung soundbar MS650 but cannot seem to pair with it! Please help if anyone has an answer!

How do I control the volume when connected to my tv? When I first pair my AirPods to my TV/AppleTV I see a volume bar indicating where the volume is set on my AirPods but have no idea how to make an adjustment. If I switch back to my phone, I can make them noise canceling or transparent and turn the volume all the way up. After doing that when I switch back to the TV the AirPod volume stays in noise canceling mode but the volume goes down to about half. I truly need a way to control my AirPods when watching TV. Airpod volume control when connected to Apple TV? I can't figure out how to control the volume of my airpods when I connect to my Apple TV. I've turned the volume all the way up with them connected to my phone, but I can barely hear the output from the Apple TV. How do I control this?

Start here:

Set up AirPods with your Mac and other Bluetooth devices

Note: to adjust the volume, use Siri or change the volume on the device.
