How can I adjust volume of Airpods connected to Amazon Fire TV stick?

Unable to adjust volume of Airpods which is connected to Amazon Fire TV Stick. Remote volume adjust buttons can't control the Airpods sound.

There is no way to do so, you can set the volume with your iPhone and then connect to the Fire Stick but you will not be able to adjust the volume.
